For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life. God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:16&17 (I remember as a little girl, I must have been maybe 7 or 8 I was given these 2 verses on a card to recite in front of the church for the Christmas program. I have fond memories of that time and that church which is the church I was first baptized in at age 12) I am thankful to my parents for seeing to it that i went to this church and for planting the seed. ) "raise up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it."
