Doctor visit (neurology)

Went to the doctor today with Karen and Zach. I got all my questions answered except: Why is Karen having these seizure episodes? The doctor just shrugs his shoulders with a "dont know" !! so frustrating to me. I want to know what is causing them, so we can prevent them!
