new puppy! look at her pictures!

check out the 2 pictures of my new puppy below this post! she is my anniversary present. she is sooo precious! it is like having a new baby again though so i havent gotten much else done since i got her. i find i have to watch what is on the floor again as she is into EVERYTHING . she started coughing gagging like today and i didn't see what she swallowed but something was bothering her. of course i started to worry and checked her mouth but couldn't find anything. now she is lying peacefully in my lap. hope whatever it was will pass on through. but i will be watching her close. i have been spoiled with missy because missy is so good and never gets into anything! but i am sure missy did as a pup, but that seems so long ago! tico is very sweet natured and has already bonded with me which makes me happy. but the down side of that is if i put her in her kennel and dare to leave the room she really starts crying for me! she has been really good at night . she sleeps in her kennel beside the bed and never cries. (except when i first put her in the kennel she is somewhat fussy but falls asleep pretty quickly) in the mornings i found out the hard way to put her out very first thing or else. and i also have learned not to let her shivering, sit on my feet, outside routine get to me! she needs to go potty but she is somewhat whimpy about the whole thing if its cold, windy, or wet. and of course i understand cause she is so tiny you know? but she has to learn to just hurry up and get it over with! she is so tiny that it is hard not to baby her! smore and missy haven't really "accepted her" but they do "tolorate" her. so i can take her outside now with both of them and as long as i supervize i am comfortable they won't hurt her. both missy and smore have snapped at her . but that was because tico was jumping all over them wanting to play and i think they just were saying "no!" we are not ready to play yet.....we are still jealous! tico loves to run around the back yard when it is nice out though. she can sure run and scamper around fast. have to really watch our feet when we walk because she is usually right under them! she doesn't like when i try to reach to pick her up when i am standing position. she will scurry off. i need to teach her to let me pick her up when ever i need to. if i am sitting its no problem to pick her up. must be cause people look like giants right now when standing and then reaching down to her. but she always wants to be with me, wants me to sit and hold her, and follows me everywhere like missy. i am really having to give missy extra attention! i am hoping missy will learn to love her and play with her too. well, this is long but had to talk about my new "baby"
