cut in half
well after several hours of trying to sort through the bill and talking to 3 different verizon people. we have got our $411.00 bill down to $184.00! actually that may be about right. I think we are going to accept that one. next month hopefully it will be a normal bill. and $100 or less. In frustration Ken said to one of the girls...I wish there was a spread sheet or something so this could be sorted out easier and the girl said that there actually is ...on line, on the verizon site you can pull up a spread sheet and really disect your bill the way you need to. to really see the peak minutes separete from all the rest because that is really all your interested in anyway is the peak minutes because that is what is chargeable. fortunately ken knows how to do a spread sheet and after some time he was able to figure it all out. now he just had to convince verizon of their errors! that took some doing ..the first person he tried to convince didnt have a clue and i dont think even knew what the heck a spread sheet was. why doesn't verizon train their employees on this spread sheet that is on the verizon site anyway? the next person was more willing to listen and thats how we got it down to $184.00 we think it is right as we upgraded in the middle of the month and so were paying for 1 and 1/2 months sorta. we canceled our insurance on the phones as that alone is $15.00 a month for all three phones. dont think it is worth it. so that is all i am going to pay for now and hope for the best on next months bill. that is hope we dont have to go through all this again~!

good thing u have a nice daughter that is careful with her minutes!
Yeah, you're right Cindy, although it doesn't matter how careful I am with my minutes because I'm not on the plan anymore, remember? So high bills can no longer be blamed on me! Love you momma!
