hoping

well we called verizon and we are hopefull that it is THIER mistake. The girl who talked with us said we were charged day minutes for mobile to mobile calls (which there should be no charge) my phone alone was charged $198.00 for calls. ken and cindys $46 each in over charges. I have learned when dealing with verizon never get your hopes too high. our bill is so messed up that she said she would have to work on it and call us back. we are waiting for that call. It is obvious though that we were charged many times for calling karen who is also on verizon and should not be any charge. so surely they cant get around that. *
