Much better!
Wow I am amazed and happy. Verizon actually got it right this month!! We got all the credit due us and our bill this month is $72.71 ! If you remember last month verizon really messed up and had charged us $411.99 !! after we called several times and complained I guess they took it seriously thank goodness. I really think its' Kens use and explaination of the spread sheets that really helped win the battle this time. :)
